Senior Personal Trainer - Antony Christodoulou
Antony is an experienced Personal Trainer, passionate about achieving and maintaining results. He has previously worked as a Personal Trainer with a major fitness group in Finchley, Barnet and Whetstone areas, and more recently has been operating independently with his own established client base. Antony holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Hons) Sport and Performance; he is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, an Advanced Kettleball Instructor, Weightlifting Instructor, and is currently working towards his UKSCA qualification. He has previously worked with SE England's Under 15 APC Basketball squad as their Strength and Conditioning Coach and he worked with the Ware Rebels as Athletic Performance Coach.

Personal Trainer - Nicole Aristides
Nicole is a passionate Personal Trainer. Her focus and attention to detail with each client has enabled them to achieve extremely positive results.
Nicole uses realistic, tailored, and nutrition based training approaches. As well as helping clients to focus on fat loss and muscle building, she takes time to assess each clients' body, aiming to improve mobility, flexibility and posture. She believes that using the combination of strength and resistance training techniques to manipulate body shape, it will create a stronger, healthier, working body. With 5 years expertise as a Personal Trainer, Nicole not only aims to achieve clients ideal goals, but helps to educate and support them throughout, encouraging independent sustainability with excellent long term results.
Qualified to Level 3, Nicole is also a PhD Womens Ambassador. Nicole loves to train and she has also competed personally in Bikini competitions. Nicole has an extensive client base from the local and surrounding areas such as Whetstone, Barnet, Finchley, Enfield, Southgate and Hampstead, North London.
Personal Trainer - Ricky Brennan
Ricky is a young, enthusiastic personal trainer with a strong passion for setting his clients short and long term goals and striving to go beyond them. Results are key.
Ricky has previously worked at a major health and fitness group in Finchley for a number of years and has now decided to push himself further and expand his client base in a more tailor made, intimate, 1 on 1 environment with Blueprint in Whetstone.
He is a REPS qualified level 2 fitness instructor and a REPS qualified Level 3 personal trainer, with a plan to continually develop his knowledge. He has also attained a national diploma in sport alongside playing at a semi professional standard of football.
He is in his element when he is able to pull his two passions together, training sports professionals in a gym environment to improve their overall ability. This has been demonstrated through training young professional football players, improving their strength and size to help them gain advantage in a match setting.
Advanced Personal Trainer - Lee Constantinou

Lee brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked within the fitness industry in both North and South London for over 8 years. Following the launch of his highly successful online coaching services and plans (www.leeconstantinou.com & leanwithlee.co) he has transformed the lives of over 200 men and women through one-to-one online coaching, Personal Training and his digital plans.
Lee was thrilled to be join the elite team at Blueprint to help even more people achieve their body and fitness goals.
Clients can expect to learn and implement the knowledge he's gained over the past 10 years both as a professional fitness & physique athlete and body transformation coach.
Personal Trainer - Frankie Hassan
The desire to change your body is the first step to wanting to change your Blueprint. After this, small habitual changes will follow.
Frankie firmly believes a Personal Trainer should do more than plan your sessions and tell you what to eat! She is enthusiastic about teaching clients how to change their attitude towards food and nutrition, whilst also allowing them to believe they can be strong, mobile, and look great too!
She is a WBFF Bikini Pro, and she can provide support throughout your journey and coach you so that you will build muscle or cut, and ultimately achieve the shape you want!
Whilst being a Level 3 Personal Trainer she is also Level 3 & 4 Sports Massage qualified. She is passionately believes that her clients should become strong whilst maintaining good mobility and range of movement. A great physique means nothing without the ability to simply MOVE efficiently! Being an ex – dancer, flexibility was always part of her training. Muscle tightness in any sport is inevitable and therefore she is delighted that Sports Massage and 1-2-1 Flexibility / Mobility sessions are something she can offer to her clients. We have a private Sports Massage Treatment room at Blueprint Fitness.

Nathan is an established Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the Industry.
Nathan is a Grenade sponsored athlete and a Natural BodyBuilding World Champion his ambition is to share his world class training methods to get you to be the best version of you in the shortest space of time possible. The key to a great physique is being educated and to stay motivated . With Nathan's knowledge and experience you'll be on the right path to a better you in no time.
He creates tailor made programs to ensure you reach your goal in the best way.
