Senior Personal Trainer - Antony Christodoulou
Antony is an experienced Personal Trainer, passionate about achieving and maintaining results. He has previously worked as a Personal Trainer with a major fitness group and more recently has been operating independently with his own established client base. Antony holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Hons) Sport and Performance; he is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, an Advanced Kettleball Instructor, Weightlifting Instructor, and is currently working towards his UKSCA qualification. He has previously worked with SE England's Under 15 APC Basketball squad as their Strength and Conditioning Coach and he worked with the Ware Rebels as Athletic Performance Coach.

Personal Trainer - Nicole Aristides
Nicole is a passionate Personal Trainer. Her focus and attention to detail with each client has enabled them to achieve extremely positive results.
Nicole uses realistic, tailored, and nutrition based training approaches. As well as helping clients to focus on fat loss and muscle building, she takes time to assess each clients' body, aiming to improve mobility, flexibility and posture. She believes that using the combination of strength and resistance training techniques to manipulate body shape, it will create a stronger, healthier, working body. With 4 years expertise as a Personal Trainer, Nicole not only aims to achieve clients ideal goals, but helps to educate and support them throughout, encouraging independent sustainability with excellent long term results.
Qualified to Level 3, Nicole is also a PhD Womens Ambassador. Nicole loves to train and she has also competed personally in Bikini competitions.
Personal Trainer - Ricky Brennan
Ricky is a young, enthusiastic personal trainer with a strong passion for setting his clients short and long term goals and striving to go beyond them. Results are key.
Ricky has previously worked at a major health and fitness group for a number of years and has now decided to push himself further and expand his client base in a more tailor made, intimate, 1 on 1 environment.
He is REPS qualified level 2 fitness instructor and a REPS qualified Level 3 personal trainer, with a plan to continually develop his knowledge. He has also attained a national diploma in sport alongside playing at a semi professional standard of football.
He is in his element when he is able to pull his two passions together, training sports professionals in a gym environment to improve their overall ability. This has been demonstrated through training young professional football players, improving their strength and size to help them gain advantage in a match setting.
Advanced Personal Trainer - Luke
Luke is a fun and charismatic personal trainer who has been training clients all over the world for the past 7 years. In doing so, Luke has learnt from some of the best mentors in the business and is incredibly passionate about passing on this knowledge to help you see results - and fast. Luke is a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Trainee Yoga Teacher.
Luke believes in a holistic and natural approach to training drawing upon High Intensity Training Methods, Boxing pad-work, Weight Training, Clean Nutrition, and Yoga.
