Priorities - Weight training for FAT LOSS!

When losing body fat itโ€™s important you retain as much muscle mass as possible, this is so you:

B. You do not end up looking the same but smaller. Instead you'll create a firmer, more defined physique. (Lean and toned as some would call it)
