B. You do not end up looking the same but smaller. Instead you'll create a firmer, more defined physique. (Lean and toned as some would call it)

Weight training will contribute to this as well as building a better metabolism ( helping you to keep your gains for life 😉) and of course, you'll burn way more calories!!!
