Tonight's meal is oven baked sweet potato, sweet paprika and chipotle chilli grilled chicken, grilled asparagus, santini tomatoes, chopped avocado and finally finished off with finely chopped red onions, fresh parsley and yellow chillies 👌

Remember we eat with our eyes. Try to liven up your meals as much as possible to get more enjoyment and satisfaction out of preparing and eating them. Simple tip, i could have easily bought normal tomatoes for this meal but instead went for red and gold ones to make the meal more interesting. Also, as a general rule of thumb, the more colour variations you have in your veg, you are providing your body with a wider range of nutrients. Have a peaceful evening all 🙏🏻
