Christmas Gains?? ☃💪

If your goal Is not to gain weight/muscle then try not to let the season be an excuse. It's pretty normal for you to over eat more often but when it's in your control just treat it like any other day, stick to your training regime as much as possible and if you haven't already set a small goal to reach before Christmas. You have less than 10 days so even if it's a goal to maintain where you are now untill a few days before Christmas could help!
