As an inspirational health a body awareness teacher, I use my background in dance, yoga, Pilates and fitness to fuse together a style of teaching that brings complete integration to the body. Through this method my students find physical and mental comfort in themselves, by having the tools they need to gain control of their bodies and stability in the mind.
