Kai Bo is a group-fitness aerobics class which includes non-contact punching and kicking moves for people of all fitness abilities. The class is designed to be broad, general and inclusive allowing participants to reach their own fitness goals.
The music is mixed to create a journey that helps participants get into their training zone which enhances the workout.The workout utilises the ten standards of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Kai Bo provides all the necessary elements for participants to achieve their fitness goals. In addition the class allows participants to work out their everyday stresses as they shout, sweat and then leave feeling extraordinarily revived to come back and do it all over again the following week.
