Not sure what is an optimal high protein breakfast option when you are on the go?
Its easy to end up picking up something high calorie just down to not knowing what to pick.
Have a look at the options below and you will stay on track in the mornings!!
1. Low calorie Protein bar ( Aim for min 20g Protein per serving and no more than 250cals) You can pick these up at most supermarkets now too.
2. Protein Shake - Add in some almond milk to thicken it! Pick up a packet of berries too for some extra health benefits.
3. Cold turkey or chicken slices (4-5 minimum of 25g protein per serving) with 4 rice cakes. You can grab these the night before. Top Tip: Keep a packet of rice cakes on your person/in your car.
4. Total Yoghurt with Truvia, this is a great option if you have a few extra minutes or you have two hands free to eat (if you travel by train/bus/cab).
