5 EASY Ways to Stay active without Training!

 

1. Go for a walk ... whether you are lucky enough to have a little pooch or not got for a stroll. Maybe even meet a friend half way?

2. House work! Get the hoover out, play some music and don’t ‘miss any spots’.

3. Go shopping... park your car a little further away or take transport and always walk up the escalators!

4. Walk faster in general...just because you can!

5. Plan active activities like bowling...a relevant one at the moment would be to visit a Christmas market 🎄
