1 Tip to avoid the Christmas flu this year

It’s pretty common to eat out or travel a little more during the Christmas season. It’s also common to endulge in less nutrient dense food... (hate to break it to you but the hazel nut in your luxury gourmet chocolate box doesn’t count!) 

So here’s one easy habit to make. 

Firstly take a moment to asses your daily greens intake... if you haven't had a minimum of 3-4 servings a day get a green shake in.

You can buy greens powder and mix it with water or add some kale or spinach to your protein shake (you won't be able to taste it)

I you really cannot stand the taste of the shake add in some sugar free juice!!
